Full Name: Event Date: December 27th, 2024 Event Location: The Motorsport Raceway, Evbuobanosa, Edo State, Nigeria In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Xmas RaceTrack Marathon, I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that participating in The Xmas RaceTrack Marathon Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, permanent disability, paralysis, or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that the Event Organizer, its affiliates, sponsors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively referred to as the "Released Parties") shall not be held responsible for any injuries or damages I may sustain during or as a result of my participation in the Event. Fitness to Participate: I hereby represent that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in the Event. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult with a medical professional and obtain proper medical clearance before participating in the Event. Release and Indemnification: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, actions, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Event, including but not limited to claims arising from the negligence or fault of the Released Parties. Photography and Videography: I grant permission to the Event Organizer to capture and use photographs, videos, or other media of me during the Event for promotional or educational purposes without further consent or compensation. Compliance with Rules and Regulations: I agree to comply with all the rules, regulations, instructions, and guidelines provided by the Event Organizer and its representatives throughout the duration of the Event. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria. Severability: If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
